Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 7 business days of receipt) if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products may not be returned without prior authorization. Reasons for returning branded items are limited to damage, defects, and design flaws. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), etc. may not be returned.
